We begin with a non-binding initial consultation. After that, you'll receive a tailored offer. Once accepted, we start the collaboration – guiding you from design to execution step by step.
Does my project need to be a certain size?
No. We take on both small-scale renovations (like bathrooms or kitchens) and large-scale refurbishments, extensions, or new builds.
What does working with you cost?
Projects can be charged either as a fixed price or hourly. Our hourly rate for private clients is €180, which allows us to deliver the level of care and service we stand for.
Can I book individual services, e.g. just a concept or just construction supervision?
Yes. Our services are modular – you can book exactly what you need: from a concept to detailed planning or execution support.
Do you also work with existing plans or building permits?
Yes. If you already have plans or permits, we can build upon them and continue from there.
Can you advise us on the selection of materials, furniture, and colors?
Yes. We offer full design concepts including execution, furnishing, and home staging – or short consultations if you just need advice. Contact us to learn what suits your needs best.

How long does a project take?
From weekend room transformations to projects lasting up to 18 months – anything is possible. We provide a realistic timeline at the beginning of each project.
Do you only work in Vienna or also elsewhere?
We are based in Vienna and focus on the surrounding area, but we also take on projects in other regions by arrangement.
Do I need to be on-site during the project?
No. We are happy to coordinate everything for you and will keep you updated with plans, visuals, and regular progress reports.
