Ideally, we accompany your project from the beginning – already in the selection or planning phase. But even with existing projects with building permits, we can develop optimizations that do not affect the approval.
Can we also commission you for only part of your service spectrum?
Yes. Our 3-step model is flexible: You can book individual modules – Upgrade Floorplan, Design or Marketing Strategy – independently of each other or use them as a complete package.
What exactly does the "Upgrade Floorplan" service include?
We analyze existing floor plans, optimize space utilization, reduce unnecessary construction costs and precisely adapt the planning to the needs of the target group – always taking into account economic viability.

Can existing external teams (e.g. visualizers, photographers) be integrated?
Yes, of course. We work with an established network, but are open to new collaborations and take over the coordination of all involved teams on request.
